Club 50 A light pace class for the older adult focusing on strength, balance and coordination. A low impact class with lots of fun.
Pilates Pilates methods seek to increase strength, flexibility and control of the whole body with an emphasis on core stability and stabilisation. Concentration on correct, precise movements and breathing techniques are imperative to achieve the ideal benefits pilates has to offer.
Balance

A class inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates. Increase strength, flexibility and stretch. Brings together mind and body through controlled breathing, leaving you feeling calm and centred.
Body Pump

Abs Blast This is a 30 minute class that is jam packed full of exercises that target your love handles, upper and lower abdominals. A class for those who want to have great abs.

Boxing Teaches you how to use boxing gloves and focus pads with a partner. With a mix of cardio, strength training and boxing combinations, this one is sure to get your heart racing.
