I am a very active trainer who is always striving to improve my knowledge and fitness in the industry, always pushing my clients to achieve everything they set out to achieve and make sure failure isn't an option.
My training style is to make exercise a fun aspect and time non-existent for the client's session, while pushing them even harder to show improvements each week. Achieving goals is my specialty, making them reachable and time efficient, but also catered for the needs of the clients.
